We welcome you back to Olde Bangalore in a changed world. For your safety, all our dining services will be contactless. As per the Covid-19 Safety guidelines in place, our staff will maintain a distance of 6-10 feet from you at all times. This restriction will alter your experience in some ways. For smooth, seamless functioning, may we suggest the following protocol.
Each team will be allocated 3 tables – one for main course, one for replenishing the food for you to serve from and a third, for the desserts. The tables will all have the same number placard allocated to you by your steward. All 3 tables and chairs are completely sanitised. So, please be at ease.
Method 1: Please use our WebApp, app.kitchenstories.in to place your order. After you have added it to your home-screen, you can choose the ‘South Parade’ menu to order from. One of our service executives will call you and reconfirm your order. Once confirmed, your order will be executed in 30-45 minutes and the food will be placed on the service table dedicated to you. Please serve yourself. For re-ordering, you may follow the same protocol.
Method 2 (Preferred): Two sanitised Menu Cards are placed on your table with a piece of paper and a pen. Please choose your menu. You may then call our Service Executive on 9686516437 to place your order, giving the Sl No and Name of dishes you would like. Our Service Executive will read back your order with Sl No and Name of dishes ordered. He/She will also help you with assessing the quantities required. Once confirmed, the order will be executed in 30-45 minutes and will be placed on the service table dedicated to you. Please serve yourself. For re-ordering, you may follow the same protocol.
DESSERTS: The desserts will be placed on your Dessert Table. You may all move from the Main Course table to the table allocated for Desserts, if you wish to. We will then clear and sanitise the table vacated by you for the next set of guests.
BILLING & PAYMENT
The bill will be sent to you by a WhatsApp image and the physical bill placed on the Service Table. You may pay by any one of 3 methods:
Method 1: If making e-payment, you may scan the QR Code and make payment by UPI/other methods.
Method 2: If paying by Card, you may place your card on the Service Table and move away. Our executive will swipe the card and move away, after which you could put in your password and take the first copy of the receipt and your card.
Method 3: If paying by cash, place the cash in the bill folder and move away. Our executive will take the requisite amount and put the change back in, after sanitising everything. You may then collect the change.
